Yes, fully. If you already have a domain, it stays registered in your name, and I just point it at the new site. If I register one for you, it's registered under your name and contact info, not mine.
No. The website itself is a one-time project fee and you own it outright. Hosting & Maintenance is month-to-month — cancel anytime, you'd just need to move hosting elsewhere.
50% to start, 50% when the site is done and you've approved it. I don't ask for full payment upfront.
